I am beyond amazed and wholeheartedly thankful for the amazing efficient thoroughness Adam presented in completing our son’s Emergency exit passport!
From the first conversation the professionalism and empathetic approach Adam had towards our case was truly remarkable
I would like to extend my most sincerest thanks to Adam and every member in the Embassy in Poland and all the hard working Australians in Canberra that assisted us in getting the Emergency passport
I feel so proud to be Australian as the compassion and seriousness of any complex situation, every Department takes seriously any dangerous situation to get its citizens out as a priority. That to us in our case was just so refreshing having the support to not feel isolated in a war torn country with a small child without a document or passport to leave this country
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we can now go home and start our life as a family of three. Our dream is now a reality xx - Marta·
I recently visited the embassy to collect my passport and was very pleased with the experience. The process was efficient and well-organised. I would like to especially commend the man who assisted me for his professionalism, kindness, and courteous attitude, which made the visit exceptionally pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service :)
